hi,
i have 2 children aged 3 and 5, but my 3 year old is less than 1 meter. what annual pass will be best for me to buy. thanks.
Hi, thanks for your question. You will require a “Family of Three Merlin Pass”. This is valid for One Adult and Two Children or Two Adults and One Child respectively.
Height restrictions do not apply when it comes to purchasing a Merlin Pass plus admission is free for children under three years of age only. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult as well.
The only ride at Legoland Windsor which has a height restriction is the Laser Raiders where guests under the height of 1.3m must be accompanied by an adult. Hope that helps!

Hi. Im looking to buy a merlin pass now as its a good offer. I wont be using it until August so will my start date be from when I purchase it or when I first pick it up from Legoland?
Hi Jason, An annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of collection.
Upon purchase you’ll be sent a confirmation email via the Legoland website and an entry ticket will be attached. Simply print this entry ticket off and enter the park through the turnstiles. Once in the park, visit the Annual Pass room to have your ID card processed. Your 12 month period will then commence from the day that you first visit Legoland Windsor.

Hi. Im also looking to buy a merlin pass while this offer in on. Can you confirm what a family ticket will cost for 3 adults and 1 child. Will it be £384.
Family of 3 ticket 3x £88 (2 adults 1 child)
+ an extra adult ticket at £120 (13 year old son)
Thanks
You will require a “Family of Three Pass“. Your 6 month old does not require a pass as children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge. A family of three pass covers 2 Adults + 1 Child so this is all that is required. Hope that helps!

Hello,i am buying 3 annual passes for myself,my brother and one for my cousin,is there any discount i can get, other than the online discount, what you suggest, any family pass, whats the good deal for me to save some extra pounds.THANKS
The Merlin Annual Passes that you require will depend on how old each individual is.
A Family of 3 means two individuals (12 years of age and over) and one individual (under 12 years of age) OR one individual (12 years of age and over) and two individuals (under 12 years of age).
Each Family member will be issued his or her own Merlin Annual Pass. You should purchase 3 x Individual Passes if you are all aged 12 years and over. Hope that helps!
